Cierra Johnson Barnes
Founder, The Petite Guest & Home and Baby Co.
Cierra's journey with families began long before she founded her businesses. A former West Coast nanny, she understands firsthand what makes a caregiver truly exceptional -- and what families are really trusting you with when they hand you their child.
After returning to her Midwest roots, Cierra felt called to create services that center families and meet their needs with intention and care. That calling became Home and Baby Co., and eventually The Petite Guest.
Beyond her work with families, Cierra brings over 15 years of experience in local television news, a career that has shaped her into a skilled communicator, connector, and advocate. She actively serves her community through:
