As a proud extension of the Home and Baby Co. family, The Petite Guest is built on the same foundation of trust, professionalism, and heart. We’ve taken what we know from years in operation and applied it to the world of event care - because every family deserves thoughtful support, even on the busiest days.
At the heart of both brands is Cierra Johnson Barnes, a former West Coast nanny who understands firsthand what makes a caregiver truly exceptional. After returning to her Midwest roots, Cierra felt called to create services that center families - meeting their needs with intention and care.
Beyond her work with families, Cierra brings over 15 years of experience in local television news - a career that has made her a skilled communicator, connector, and advocate. Her passion for uplifting others extends into her civic life, where she actively serves with the Junior League of Columbus, The Links, Incorporated (Twin Rivers Chapter), the King Arts Complex Women’s Board, and the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Development Board.
With The Petite Guest, Cierra continues her mission: to support families in the moments that matter most - with warmth, joy, and care you can count on.
